At Empower Labs, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality services and digital resources designed to support clarity, alignment, and intentional growth. Because of the nature of our offerings, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to toolkits, templates, downloads, and digital resources, are non-refundable.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us at info@empowerlabs.net, and we will gladly assist you.

Services & Sessions

Payments for services, including planning sessions, strategy sessions, and custom systems work, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, you may do so in accordance with the scheduling terms provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for rescheduling details and timelines.

Missed or no-show appointments are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Custom Work

All custom services and system builds are considered final once work has begun. Because these services are tailored specifically to the client, they are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases of duplicate charges or technical errors caused by our system. Any approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Empower Labs.
