This Commerce Disclosure explains how transactions, pricing, and refunds work at Empower Labs. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Policy

  • All payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other payment provider.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • You authorize Empower Labs to charge your payment method for any purchases or subscriptions.

For recurring memberships: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the billing cycle renews.

2. Refund Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, Planners, Templates, Courses):
All sales are final due to the instant access nature of digital products. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

Coaching & Services:

  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund eligibility for coaching intensives or workshops will be clearly stated on the registration page.

Membership Subscriptions:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

  • We do not offer refunds for partially used months or early cancellations.

If you believe you were wrongly charged, contact info@empowerlabs.net within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Affiliate Disclosure (if applicable)

We may participate in affiliate marketing, where we earn commissions for recommending tools or services.

  • Affiliate links will be clearly disclosed on pages where they appear.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Empower Labs does not guarantee specific results from using our products or services.

  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., payment processor errors).

  • All business, personal development, and financial decisions are your responsibility. Our content is for educational purposes only.
