3. Digital Products & Coaching Services

Purchases & Access

  • Digital products (planners, templates, courses, eBooks) are delivered electronically upon purchase.

  • Coaching sessions are booked in advance and require payment at the time of scheduling.

Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: All sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

  • Coaching Sessions: If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

  • Workshops & Intensives: Refund policies vary and will be clearly stated on the event registration page.

4. Membership Site

By enrolling in the Membership Site, you agree to the following:

  • Billing & Payments: Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, based on the plan you select.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Content Access: As long as you are an active member, you will have access to membership content and community discussions. Upon cancellation, your access will end immediately.

  • Community Guidelines: We expect all members to engage respectfully. Any harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without a refund.

5. Blog & Newsletter Content

  • Our blog and newsletter provide educational and informational content related to goal setting, business strategy, and holistic success.

  • Any opinions expressed in blog articles or newsletters are those of the author(s) and do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.

  • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or update blog content at any time.
