Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

Empower Labs offers physical merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, and other custom products) through Printify drop shipping. Because all items are made-to-order, our return and exchange policy follows Printify’s fulfillment guidelines as outlined below.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify's third-party printing partners.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to automated processing.
Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our merchandise is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The product arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was received due to a fulfillment error
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
🚫 Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size/color
🚫 General dissatisfaction with the product (e.g., "I changed my mind")
🚫 Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
3. Reporting an Issue (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:
Email info@empowerlabs.net within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Refund & Replacement Process
If your claim is approved, we will:
Offer a free replacement of the same item
Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement isn’t possible
Refunds do NOT include shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
5. Shipping & Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via email when your order ships.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.
