Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

Empower Labs offers physical merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, and other custom products) through Printify drop shipping. Because all items are made-to-order, our return and exchange policy follows Printify’s fulfillment guidelines as outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify's third-party printing partners.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to automated processing.

Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our merchandise is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received due to a fulfillment error

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

🚫 Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size/color
🚫 General dissatisfaction with the product (e.g., "I changed my mind")
🚫 Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

3. Reporting an Issue (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

  1. Email info@empowerlabs.net within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. If verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement of the same item

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement isn’t possible

Refunds do NOT include shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

5. Shipping & Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent via email when your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.
